This is the question at the centre of Coming Home to Yourself, and at the centre of The Fourth Season. When the roles and titles that shaped so much of your life begin to change, what is left? And is it, in fact, more rather than less?
The badges we have worn
Much of adult life is spent wearing badges: the job title, the role in the family, the thing you were known for. They are not false, but they are not the whole of you either.
When a badge is set down, whether by choice or by circumstance, it is worth looking at what it developed in you and what you would like to keep.
Who am I now?
The answer rarely arrives in a single moment. It comes from looking back honestly at the life you have lived, noticing the values that have quietly guided you, and recognising the people and places that keep you steady.
This is not a question to be solved once. It is one to return to.
Values, anchors and a manifesto
The companion app, Coming Home to Yourself, walks through these questions step by step: the badges you have carried, the values that matter most, the anchor points that hold you, and finally a statement of the life you intend to live.
It is private, it is yours, and it can be done in small pieces over weeks.
